KINGSHILL COURT APARTMENTS Extreme winter weather caused freezing in the roof drain pipes causing them to break which led to severe water damage. Without the roof being able to properly drain the weight of the ice and snow that accumulated caused the roof insulation to compress and forced the fasteners to protrude through the roofing membrane; causing additional water damage. Over $2.4MM in exterior and interior remediation and restoration work was completed. |
| FIDELITY PLAZA High winds peeled back the roof at Fidelity Plaza and exposed pipes to frigid temperatures causing over $6MM in damages. The extensive scope of work was comprised of demolition, remediation, structural drying, mechanical systems replacement and comprehensive restoration and reconstruction of this historical building. |

ELGIN WEST ELEMENTARY Elgin West Elementary was filled with more than a foot of water after more than 3 inches of rain pounded Marion County, causing the Scioto River to overflow in many areas. Advanced was hired to complete remediation efforts and restore the school. The district had already used the maximum allowed calamity days. Advanced worked around the clock to minimize the number of days lost that would need to be made up at the end of the year. |
